With a concentration of 45.0 to 55.0% active substances and a minimum free acetic acid content of 5.0% w/v, Galimax Flavor V-50 offers a concentrated, versatile option for formulations requiring vinegar-based preservation or acidity management. The product can be labeled as “vinegar” in accordance with EN 13188:2000 or as “buffered vinegar, E267” in accordance with EU Regulation 231/2012, subject to the finished product, market, and applicable labeling requirements.
