Overview
Thetaguard™ HS-3012 is a pH-neutral repellent and stain protectant containing 12% to 14% solids that can be readily diluted in water for application to hard stone surfaces, including granite, travertine, Saltillo, marble, quartz, quartzite, terrazzo, concrete, cement tile, and clay tile. As a partially fluorinated material, it cures in ambient temperature conditions, protecting surfaces with little to no change in surface appearance. With excellent oil and water repellency, Thetaguard™ HS-3012 imparts exceptional physical resistance properties to surfaces, protecting from stains, soils, chemical degradation, and efflorescence. It also helps formulations resist cracking and spalling damage from freeze–thaw conditions due to its excellent vapor permeability. Thetaguard™ HS-3012 is easy to use and can be spray applied using a low-pressure trigger spray.
