Overview
ACL® 60 Granular is a sodium salt of dichloroisocyanuric acid commonly known as dichlor. The chemistry is also referred to as sodium dichloro-s-triazinetrione and readily dissolves in water for use in water treatment applications and various cleaning and sanitization products.
ACL® 60 is used in intermittent water feed applications, single-dose applications, and continuous chlorination systems, depending on the application needs.
ACL® 60 is featured with nearly neutral PH that provides little to no impact on the alkalinity and PH of the treated water. It also doesn't cause scale formation, typically seen with the use of calcium hypochlorites. ACL® 60 is anhydrous which allows for extended stability and greater chlorine content compared to non-anhydrous dichloroisocyanuric acid (dichlor) materials.
