LFI SANITIZER is an EPA registered low-foaming iodophor sanitizer. LFI Sanitizer is EPA registered for use in the beer-bottling, soft drink-bottling and food-canning industries. LFI SANITIZER can also be used equipment sanitizing for vats, tanks and other equipment.
LFI SANITIZER is an EPA registered low-foaming iodophor sanitizer at a concentration of 1.6% titratable iodine. LFI SANITIZER is blended with a low-foaming mild surfactant blend to minimize skin irritation. Due to these mild surfactants, LFI SANITIZER can be applied by spray, mop, sponge, immersion or through CIP applications.
LFI SANITIZER is approved for usage as a sanitizer in bottling plants (beer, soft-drink, milk-bottling), and food-canning industries.

Dilution rates:
1 ounce of LFI Sanitizer to 5 gallons water = 25 ppm
2 ounces of LFI Sanitizer to 5 gallons water = 50 ppm
Equipment Sanitizing:
Pre-clean: wash with cold or lukewarm water with a 25 ppm active
Sanitize: 25 ppm clean solution with 1 minute contact time, then drain sanitizing solution.
Tank and Vat Sanitizing:
Pre-clean: wash with cold or lukewarm water with a 25 ppm active
Sanitize: 25 ppm spray, or fill vat and allow 5 minute contact time prior to draining off solution
Sanitizing of walls, floors, conveyors, and food contact solution.
Pre-clean surfaces by scraping or flushing to remove soil. Then clean with 50 ppm solution, then rinse with potable water. Sanitize with 25 ppm and allow 2 minutes of contact time (do not rinse, allow to dry)
Beverage Containers:
Sanitize previously cleaned containers that were first washed with detergent and rinsed use a solution of 25 ppm with 1 minute of contact time. Invert containers, drain, and allow to air dry (do not rinse).
