Acesulfame potassium, or Ace-K, is a high-intensity non-nutritive sweetener developed in Germany under the Sunett® brand.
This crystalline-powder grade of Sunett® Ace-K is an ideal additive to help with a reduced-sugar, sugar-free, or low-calorie label claim. This smaller particle size offers the same stability at very high temperatures and low pHs. Ace-K has a wide range of applicability in food, beverage, and nutraceutical products and is very synergistic with other sweeteners for creating an even closer true-to-sugar flavor profile.
