Fluorinert™ FC-3284 is a non-conductive fluid for use in single and two phase heat transfer fluid applications in these semiconductor manufacturing. Fluorinert™ FC-3284 by 3M is ideal for use in a wide variety of applications, including power electronics and computer cooling. Liquid FC-3284 is based on perfluorocarbons (PFCs) and as such such be handled carefully.
