Vegetal Ceramides BGG™ is derived from a rice extract containing a mixture of sphingolipids (ceramides) and phospholipids. Botanical Butylene Glycol is incorporated in place of synthetic Butylene Glycol. Ceramides play an important role in the structure and quality of the stratum corneum; and they represent the main components of the intercellular lipid cement (40%).
