Product Description
Techno Sucralose is a high-intensity sweetener, non-caloric, derived from real sugar through a multi-step processing. It is 600 times sweeter than sugar. It is a non-nutritive sugar alternative and safe for use as a sweetening ingredient. Moreover, Techono sucralose is also stable in acid and alkali and has a better thermal stability than other high intensity swetners, therefore used in high temperature food processing. At the same time, due to its stability in acid, sucralose can maintain it's taste in long distance transportation and long therm storage processes.
