NEOLONE™ PE is a broad spectrum preservative to protect against microbial contamination and facilitate product performance in rinse-off hair and skin care products. It is a blend of Methylisothiazolinone (MIT) and Phenoxyethanol preservatives.

Form: Clear, colorless to pale yellow liquid
Solubility: Miscible in water, lower alcohols, and glycols; low solubility in hydrocarbons
Recommended dose: 0.35% to 0.45% (as supplied)
