Lattice® NT-100
Lattice® NT-100 is a microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) powder with an average particle size of 100 µm. It is used as a binder in industrial tableting and an adjuvant for agrochemicals.
Lattice® NT-100 is a binder-grade microcrystalline cellulose powder with an average particle size of 100 µm. It is an excellent dry binder frequently used in both direct compression and dry granulation tableting. For wet granulation processes, Lattice® NT-100 may also be used as a process aid to control the granule particle size formation. Lattice® NT-100 is recommended to be added to tablet formulations at 20%–50% by weight of the final product.
Lattice® NT-100 also acts as a disintegrant, is nontoxic, and is EPA exempt. Therefore, it is an excellent adjuvant to include in agrochemical formulations, such as pesticide tablets, water-dispersible granules, and extrudates. For agrochemical adjuvant applications, Lattice® NT-100 is recommended to be added at 5%–50% by weight.
Lattice® NT-100 microcrystalline cellulose is only approved for industrial, nonfood, and nonpharmaceutical use.
