Thetaguard^™ HS-3035 is a high-performance, water-based coating additive recommended for protecting hard surfaces, such as stone, masonry, concrete, clay, stucco, granite, terrazzo, grout, and more, with little to no change in appearance after application. It can also be used on soft, easy-to-etch surfaces, such as limestone and marble, chemically and physically bonding to substrates while resisting damage from UV, soiling, scratching, staining, chemical degradation, and efflorescence.

Thetaguard^™ HS-3035 has exceptional vapor permeability to protect surfaces from freeze–thaw damage like cracking or spalling. Formulated with an anionic, short-chain fluorochemical base, Thetaguard^™ HS-3035 is a beige to tan emulsion containing 25.5% to 28.0% solids and can be readily diluted in water, alcohol, or glycol mixtures before application. It effectively repels oil, alcohol, and water, making surfaces easier to clean and maintain their appearance.
