A610 Enliten® A610 high intensity sweetener is composed of a mixture of naturally occurring steviol glycosides, extracted from the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni and purified to reach a mid-level concentration of 60% Rebaudioside A. This grade is one glucose molecule at the carboxyl hydrogen, affixed to the steviol backbone. It has the same stability as Reb M and D, however it's less sweet and clean in flavor profile. It is the most soluble grade at 0.8%. SDS* TDS*
A810 Enliten®A810 high intensity sweetener is composed of a mixture of naturally occurring steviol glycosides, extracted from the leaves of Stevia rebaudianaBertoni and purified to reach a mid-levelconcentration of 80% Rebaudioside A. Bestevia Reb D BESTEVIA®Reb D 95% is a next generation high purity stevia from the leaf. It has a sugar equivalence of 4 to 6 SE, at 300 ppm, 0.030% of formulation. Reb D falls in between Reb M and Reb A on the sweet taste, with a low bitter taste, but it is limited by solubility; soluble in water at 0.035%. Bestevia Reb M BESTEVIA® Reb M stevia leaf sweetener is 95% Rebaudioside M, and is less than 1% of all steviol glycosides. It brings the cleanest sweetness of the stevia grades, and has no bitter aftertaste. Reb M is as close to sugar-like taste as you can get from the stevia leaf. SDS* TDS*
