Biothex® Termella is a preservative-free active ingredient known for its moisturizing, anti-aging and anti-oxidative effects. It is extracted from the white fungus of Tremella Fuciformis Sporocarp and is considered "the crown of fungi" in Chinese traditional medicine. It is capable of improving skin cell immunity and enhancing the skins long term moisturization by reducing transepidermal water loss. It can also aid in evening skin tone by eliminating chloasma and freckles as it inhibits tyrosinase activity and fades melanin. When used in moisturizing, antiaging and whitening formulations it should be used at a concentration of 10-5.0%.
