Vegalene® Netting Release is a high-quality release oil formulated with a blend of soybean oil, phosphated mono- and diglycerides, polysorbate 80, and acetylated monoglycerides. This release oil forms a thin coating on netting materials in the production of processed meats to prevent adhesion and ensure seamless separation. It is recommended to be sprayed directly onto netting, allowing it to cling to surfaces to minimize dripping and cleanup requirements. Its high-temperature resistance ensures reliable nonstick properties in various meat production processes, ensuring exceptional quality.
