Kemamide^® VO, Powder is a primary amide derived from oleic acid sourced from vegetables and is an unsaturated fatty compound. This product is void of any genetically modified organisms. Kemamide^® VO, Powder demonstrates remarkable color stability when exposed to light and air, surpassing typical oleamides. The applications of Kemamide ^® VO fatty amide primarily rely on its slip properties and, to a lesser extent, its antiblock properties. It is commonly used to reduce friction in polyethylene and polyethylene films and facilitate the release of molded plastic products. It also serves as a dispersing additive for printing inks, surface coatings, and personal care cosmetics. Kemamide^® VO, Powder is a fatty amide that exhibits limited solubility in water. It can dissolve in oxygenated organic solvents at ambient temperatures, reaching solubility levels of up to 10% by weight.
