ETHOCEL™ Standard 10 Premium is an ethylcellulose polymer that is soluble in organic solvents and can be used in many applications, including ceramics, coatings, inks, conductive pastes, and hot-melt adhesives. It carries expanded approvals for food-contacting applications and, as such, can be used in regulated industries. ETHOCEL™ Standard 10 Premium offers excellent binding strength and burns out cleanly. This is crucial for applications that require good green strength but need to be contamination free, like conductive pastes for screen printed circuits. Additionally, when it is added to inks and coatings, it works as a film former and helps improve toughness, flexibility, and gloss.
ETHOCEL™ Standard 10 Premium can also be easily dissolved in hot polymers, plasticizers, and waxes to provide added toughness, flexibility, and moisture resistance to hot-melt adhesives and heat seal coatings. Manufacturers in the aerospace, automotive, and electronics industries rely on its performance for demanding applications. Furthermore, its low sodium and ash content support stringent requirements for purity and quality, especially in controlled-release formulations and high-performance industrial products.
