Overview
METHOCEL™ F4M PRG is an HPMC polymer with low hydroxypropyl and high methoxy content. It is a chemical additive naturally derived from cellulose with a unique combination of water and organic solubility. This makes it ideal for cleaner and paint remover applications. The thixotropic nature of METHOCEL™ F4M PRG provides better spreadability and adhesion properties to surfaces, reducing dripping and sagging. Additionally, METHOCEL™ F4M PRG has outstanding pH stability in both acidic and alkaline environments. This allows formulators better flexibility when developing paint removal or cleaning products.
