Tap'PD® Tapioca Polydextrose Syrup is a soluble fiber and prebiotic.
Tap'PD® tapioca polydextrose allows for efficient sugar and calorie reduction. It can replace the bulk and mouthfeel of sugar as well as function as a humectant or formulation aid. Tap'PD® is an ideal food additive that provides fiber sourced from tapioca rather than corn.
