ChemPoint COVID-19 Update

​We are vigilantly monitoring the global situation around COVID-19 to ensure business continuity.
Our goal is to continue to maintain a high level of service to you.
 
We are working closely with our producer partners to assess any impact to supply chain. As this is an evolving situation, we cannot predict any potential consequences it may have regarding delivery delays or product shortages. For our supply chain and logistics network, here is where we currently stand:

– International Shipping: No delays to report. We do expect Asia-to-US shipping rates to increase.

– Logistics Network: No outage issues currently. Our warehouse network has COVID-19 business continuity plans in-place.

– Domestic Transportation: No issues to report. Our transportation team is closely monitoring.  

We will provide you with any supply chain information we receive that may affect your service.
 
Though our entire team has been working remotely for two weeks, ChemPoint’s robust sales and digitally enhanced model has resulted in no impact to our technical support and customer care levels. All of our technical representatives, customer service team members and sales professionals are equally available now as they have been prior to this developing situation.
