PARALOID™ EXL 2691J a free-flowing powder MBS modifier ideal for a wide variety of engineering resins systems that require increased thermal stability and good colorability in both weatherable and non-weatherable systems.
PARALOID™ EXL 2691J is a (MBS) impact modifier that offers performance benefits for engineering resins by enhancing mechanical performance. As a core shell structure based on butadiene rubber with a defined particle size, does not influence compounding under normal process conditions. PARALOID™ EXL 2691J maintains hydrolytic and thermal stability while improving impact performance at low temperatures. The low temperature toughness of polycarbonate and PC/ABS blends can be significantly improved with low dosage levels of PARALOID™ EXL 2691J. As the impact retention of polycarbonate can be improved considerable with the addition of PARALOID™ EXL 2691J.
