Alcryn^® melt-processable rubber is unique because of its partially cross-linked, chlorinated olefin interpolymer alloy. This allows Alcryn^® to be processed like a thermoplastic resin while still maintaining the rubber-like properties without the need for vulcanization. Because Alcryn^® can avoid costly vulcanization processes, this resin enables fast cycles and allows for recyclable scrap with little to no quality loss.
