Currently, all fulfillment nodes in the ChemPoint network are fully operational. Our transportation providers have capacity to pick-up and deliver all shipments tendered to them. The COVID-19 virus outbreak has not caused any service issues as of yet. This includes:
– North American Transportation Network: While there appears to be a walkout organized with some Fedex staff, we do not foresee it impacting our logistics network.
– North American Warehouses: No disruptions to report.
– International Shipping: No disruptions to report.
We will proactively update our website and notify our customers should the situation change.
The ChemPoint technical sales team, customer service team, logistics and regulatory team continue to be completely available to take care of customers. Let us know what we can do to help.
