Aculon® FS-100 is a high-quality fluorinated cleaning solvent formulated for superior cleaning of components and coating surfaces that can also be used as a diluting or carrier solvent for other Aculon products.
Aculon® FS-100 fluorinated solvent is designed for light cleaning, diluting, and acting as a carrier solvent for several of Aculon's other branded products. It is an environmentally safe, non-ozone-depleting material with a low viscosity of less than 1 cP and a boiling point of 64°C.
When applied before Aculon coating materials like NanoProof®, Aculon® FS-100 helps keep surfaces clean by removing contaminants, such as dust, grime, and dirt, to provide the proper adhesion of coatings. Aculon® FS-100 should be applied at room temperature and allowed to dry until the surface is dry to the touch.
