This versatile intermediate is used as an important building block in the production of poly-caprolactone (Poly-CLO), protective and industrial coatings, polyurethanes, cast elastomers, adhesives, colorants, pharmaceuticals and many more. Epsilon-Caprolactone (Capromer M) (E-CLO) offers superior hydrolysis resistance and mechanical properties as well as low glass transition temperature.
