BONDERITE® L-MR 21718 is a water-miscible, boron free cutting fluid for general machining with multi-metal compatibility.
BONDERITE® L-MR 21718 is a cutting fluid that can be mixed with water and is safe to use. It does not contain boron and is suitable for machining grey cast iron, steel, and aluminum.
The machining of non-ferrous metals is possible in a material mix. For machining of aluminum the compatibility should be checked before use.
BONDERITE® L-MR 21718 emulsions are stable and build a very low foaming in a water hardness between 2°GH and 80°GH.
BONDERITE® L-MR 21718 does not contain any Cl, P-, or S-containing EP-additives or Formaldehyde Releasing Agents. It has high lubricity which means that it can help extend the life of your tools and lower process costs. Additionally, it has excellent cleaning performance which can help reduce maintenance costs.
