Lattice® Microcrystalline Cellulose by IFF, is an alpha cellulose obtained from naturally ocurring cellulose found in wood pulp, which is an equal structuring polysacharide that is found on fruits and vegetables.
Lattice® Microcrystalline Cellulose has many important uses within the food, pharma, specialty applications and industrial such as non-stick coatings, insulation of wiring, crop protection and paints,coats and inks.
By utilizing proprietary co-processing technologies, IFF also manufactures Lattice® NTC products. This extends the funcionality of microcrystalline cellulose to meet specific viscosity, gelling, suspension and stabilizing properties
