Layn apple extract (phloretin) is a reddish-brown powder that enhances the sweetness & taste, is soluble in PG, stable at low pH and high temperature. Moreover, it is particularly effective in masking the bitter and sweet lingering taste of other sweeteners when combined with other extracts.
