Layn Green Coffee Bean Extract is a water soluble, brown powder with typical coffee flavour and bitter taste that derives from the seeds of small, medium and large coffee plants in the Rubiaceae family. The main functional ingredients are Chlorogenic acid and Caffeine which is stable at low pH and high temperature.
