EVERCYCLE™ PP-101S is an innovative blend of phenolic and phosphite antioxidants available in powder form or non-dusting, easy-to-handle NDB™ form upon request. It is designed to re-stabilize post-consumer feedstock and PP recycle streams of rigid packaging in various applications such as consumer products, fibers and textiles, foams, molding compounds, food packaging, industrial packaging, and more. It provides superior process stability, reduced gel formation, and increased mechanical formation for its circulate lifetime, allowing for higher levels of recycled content. EVERCYCLE™ PP-101S is recommended for use at 0.10%-0.30% depending on the application, specific feedstock composition, and the degree of stability needed.
