Bonderite® M-ZN 196X (formally known as Bonderite® 196X) is a zinc phosphating agent for metal surface preparation for cold drawing operations. Bonderite® M-ZN 196X® helps provide structured surface protection & retain lubrication in cold forming metal operations.

Accelerator: 1.0 to 7.5 points (ideal 1 to 2.5 points)
Temperature: 170° to 180°F
Immersion Time: 3 to 10 minutes
