Pure & Simple® All-Purpose Liquid Pan Coating is a high-quality, oil-based coating liquid recommended for a wide range of cooking applications. It is formulated with a blend of canola oil and phosphate mono- and diglycerides for enhanced slip and lubrication.
Tricresyl Phosphate with phosphorus content of 8.4% is an efficient low viscosity flame retardant and plasticizer.
