Overview
Aculon® NanoProof® 3-002 is a water-repellent protective coating utilizing advanced nano-coating technology to provide a durable, ultrathin barrier resistant to chemicals, moisture, and corrosion. It enhances the long-term reliability of electronic and printed circuit board substrate components without compromising functionality. It provides anti-stiction, anti-wetting, and thermal stability.
Aculon® NanoProof® 3-002 can be applied using brush, spray, flow coat, or dip application methods and quickly dries within five minutes.
