Aculon® NanoProof® 3-04 specialized nano-coating material is a one-step coating process containing 4% solids to form a durable, ultrathin protective film for electronic protection. Aculon® NanoProof® 3-04 delivers enhanced moisture, chemical, and corrosion resistance to printed surface boards and electronic components.
Aculon® NanoProof® 3-04 exhibits excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, effectively preventing the bleed out and spread of epoxies, resins, and underfill materials while providing reliable anti-wetting and anti-stiction performance. Aculon® NanoProof® 3-04 is a readily available drop-in alternative for 3M Novec legacy coating systems, providing wide compatibility with polystyrene, PPS, PET, ABS, glass, aluminum, stainless steel, and more.
