Aculon® NanoProof® 3-10 is a high-solids specialty coating material to protect electronic component surfaces and printed circuit boards. NanoProof® 3-10 can be applied to electronic components or PCBs made of a wide range of substrates, including polystyrene, PPS, PET, ABS, glass, aluminum, and stainless steel . Containing 10% solids, this coating formula has the highest solids content of the NanoProof® 3 coating series, ensuring the thickest, most robust coating with excellent protective properties within the portfolio.
Aculon® NanoProof® 3-10 exhibits hydrophobic and oleophobic tendencies that ensure components are protected from water, oil, and other liquid organic materials. Aculon® NanoProof® 3-10 is recommended for customers looking for a one-step reworkable coating with humidity and splash protection, nonflammability, and convenient application via brush, spray, flow coat, or dip methods.
