Overview
HiTEC® 2510F multifunctional, high-performance anti-wear additive is designed to formulate hydraulic oil that meets or exceeds the performance requirements of all major OEMs and industry specifications. The additive package exhibits exceptional rust protection, filterability, and compatibility with a range of Group I and II base stocks. This hydraulic oil additive is designed with an antifoam system to prevent foaming and enhance the performance of the finished hydraulic oil.

Problems Solved
Without proper additives in hydraulic oil formulations, rust and corrosion are likely to occur within the hydraulic system. Wear and component damage can also occur within the pump. Some additives demonstrate poor filterability and can be stripped from the fluid as it passes by the filter and is pumped into the hydraulic system. At high speeds, hydraulic fluid is also prone to foaming, impacting the performance. Additionally, formulators need to consider additive compatibility as some chemistries are incompatible with the base oil, seals, or component materials.
