Overview
HiTEC® 2607 is an ashless, phenolic-free performance additive package for formulating turbine oils for open and combined cycle, and gas and steam turbines. High temperature antioxidants in HiTEC® 2607 reduce sludge and varnish to extend times between turbine oil re-lubrication. Anti-rust additives and corrosion inhibitors protect turbine equipment to prevent downtime and maintenance. This turbine oil additive package also provides demulsibility performance for excellent water separation, and anti-foam additives to prevent air entrapment and foaming issues. HiTEC® 2607 turbine additive is compatible with a range of group I, II, and III base oils.
When properly formulated, a turbine oil using HiTEC® 2607 additive is capable of meeting the following industry and OEM specifications:
