HiTEC® 544 zinc-free hydraulic additive package is engineered for exceptional performance in high-load applications. With its advanced technology, the additive extends fluid life and enables operators to minimize environmental impact. It also delivers robust wear protection and effective deposit control. HiTEC® 544 additive can be blended with Group I and Group II mineral base stocks.

In stationary hydraulic applications with environmental exposure, such as mining, construction, and agriculture, zinc contamination from oil leaks can be harmful to aquatic life. In environmentally sensitive applications, high-pressure hydraulic systems still require high-performance oils; otherwise, they run the risk of deposit and sludge formation, component wear and damage, foaming, short fluid life, or frequent maintenance changes.
