Overview
AKPEROX® CMP50 is a liquid polymerization initiator containing a mixture of methyl ethyl ketone and cumyl hydroperoxide with low impurity levels. It can be used at room temperature to cure vinyl ester resins, providing a slow gel time with excellent final cure properties. AKPEROX® CMP50 is also suitable for spray-up and hand lay-up FRP, centrifugal casting, resin transfer molding, and filament winding applications.
