AKPEROX® CMP75 is a liquid polymerization initiator developed by AKPA designed for room-temperature reactions.
AKPEROX® CMP75 is a mixture of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and cumyl hydroperoxide, designed for the room-temperature curing of unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins. It is also used as a liquid polymerization initiator. With lower impurity levels than MEKP and a slower gel time, this initiator offers enhanced curing properties and performance characteristics in gel coat applications. AKPEROX® CMP75 complies with REACH regulations EC No 1907/2006 and EC No 1272/2008.
