Bostik 70-08A
Bostik® 70-08A is a high-strength, functional SMP-based primerless adhesive for bonding glass, panels, windscreens, and other high-performance assemblies in transportation manufacturing. It has an open time of less than 15 minutes and a full cure time of 24 hours.

Overview
Bostik® 70-08A is an extrudable silyl modified polymer (SMP) based adhesive engineered to achieve primerless bonding between surfaces within transportation manufacturing, including applications where objects may be moved shortly after installation. Bostik® 70-08A is formulated as a black, odorless, heavy paste free of solvents, PVC, and isocyanates.
Bostik® 70-08A can be applied using a handgun or an air pressure gun. It exhibits excellent slump resistance and high tack. Bostik® 70-08A cures upon reaction with moisture to provide an irreversible, vulcanized adhesive with high green strength and exceptional resistance to UV and aging. Bostik® 70-08A can be applied at a temperature range of 41Ā°F to 95Ā°F (5Ā°C to 35Ā°C) and provides excellent resistance upon cure to temperatures from ā40Ā°F to 230Ā°F.
Bostik® 70-08A provides an open time of less than 15 minutes, achieving full cure at a rate of 3 mm (0.125 in) of depth after 24 hours. Bostik® 70-08A passes FMVSS 212 requirements for glass glazing applications.
