Synfluid® PAO 8 cSt HVI is a premium polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oil based on 1-dodecene alphaolefins with a kinematic viscosity of 8.00 cSt at 100°C. Its high viscosity index of 150 and low NOACK volatility of 3.4 wt% ensures consistent viscosity and excellent stability over a wide range of temperatures.

Synfluid® PAO 8 cSt HVI is a low-viscosity polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oil designed for use in the production of lubricants and fluids for various applications, such as aviation lubricants, greases, compressor lubricants, food grade lubricants, dielectric coolants, heat transfer fluids, drilling fluids, and other functional fluids. Containing a base of high-quality 1-dodecene alphaolefins, this synthetic base oil exhibits exceptional thermal stability and a low coefficient of friction, retaining its viscosity and lubricity in a range of temperature conditions to protect equipment with high operating workloads. Synfluid® PAO 8 cSt HVI also provides excellent oxidative and hydraulic stability to extend the drain interval of systems. Synfluid® PAO 8 cSt HVI has a kinematic viscosity of 8.0 cSt at 100°C and a pour point of −44°C.
