Cellulose acetate propionates have similar performance properties to cellulose acetates, but with the solubility and compatibility attributes of cellulose acetate butyrates. They are a film former, resin modifier, and additive typically used in applications requiring low odor, clarity, fast solvent release, anti-blocking and good adhesion to a variety of substrates.
