Overview
Maltodextrin from Global Nutritional Corporation is a non-GMO white, hygroscopic polysaccharide powder derived from the partial hydrolysis of edible starch. As a high-purity nutritive mixture, GMC's maltodextrin is freely soluble or readily dispersible in water. It is extremely useful as a thickening agent to increase the volume of processed foods such as instant puddings, gelatines, sauces, salad dressings, and more while providing enhanced sweetening.
