BONDERITE® M-MN NFLR2 is a cutting-edge metal conversion coating formulated to produce a corrosion-resistant non-metallic coating consisting of iron and manganese phosphates on iron and steel surfaces. This pre-treatment solution increases lubrication and helps to permit the rapid break-in while preventing wear of moving parts such as pistons, linings, tappets, rings, camshafts, motor blocks, and similar bearing surfaces caused by excessive metal-to-metal contact.
Total acid: 11.5─12.5 points (ml)
Free acid: 2.0─2.2 points (ml)
Iron: 0.2%─0.3% (2─3 ml)
Time: Approximately 15 minutes
Temperature: 205°F─210°F
