Overview
BONDERITE® M-NT 600SW is an innovative phosphate-free metal pretreatment formulated by Henkel for the treatment of steel, zinc, and aluminum. Upon application using a high-pressure manual spray wand, it provides simultaneous cleaning and coating of metal surfaces, enhancing the adhesion and durability of paint finishes and ensuring a blemish-free finished appearance.

Temperature: 100°F–140°F
Concentration measured by colorimeter:
Concentration = 1.0%–5.0% (3% is optimal)
Absorbance = 0.07─0.35 (0.21 is optimal)
