Overview
BONDERITE® M-NT 601 is an excellent protective coating formulated to treat various metal surfaces, including steel, zinc, and aluminum. It provides simultaneous cleaning and coating of the metal surfaces, enhancing the bonding and durability of paints and ensuring a blemish-free finished appearance. BONDERITE® M-NT 601 can be applied using either a spray or immersion application process.
Specifications
Concentration measured by colorimeter:
Concentration = 2.0%–3.5% (3% is optimal)
Absorbance = 0.07─0.24 (0.21 is optimal)
pH: 3.8─4.2
Time: 45─120 seconds (60─90 seconds is optimal)
Temperature: 100°F–140°F (120°F is optimal)
