Overview
BONDERITE® M-NT 701 conversion coating is a high-performance treatment for metal surfaces, simultaneously cleaning and coating. It is compatible with various substrates, such as steel, aluminum, and zinc. Applied using a spray or immersion process, BONDERITE® M-NT 701 helps to improve the adhesion and durability of paint finishes and prevents the corrosion of surfaces.

Concentration measured by colorimeter:
Concentration = 2.0%–4.0% (3% is optimal)
Absorbance = 0.07─0.35 (0.21 is optimal)
pH: 3.8─4.2
Time: 45─120 seconds (60─90 seconds is optimal)
Temperature: 100°F–140°F (120°F is optimal)
