Lion Elastomers Trilene FreeFlow® CP-80 is an ethylene-propylene-copolymer (EPDM) fine-powder grade used as a plasticizer or lubricant in rubber and elastomer formulations
Lion Elastomers Trilene FreeFlow® CP-80 is an ethylene-propylene-copolymer (EPDM) additive used as a plasticizer in rubber compounds. Trilene FreeFlow® CP-80 helps the extrusion process by lubricating and reducing the coefficient of friction (COF). This Lion Elastomer EPDM grade has a low molecular weight that quickly incorporates into the mixing process for elastomer formulations.
With quicker incorporation, Trilene FreeFlow® CP-80 improves the quality and processing of elastomers compared to neat polymer formulations. Trilene FreeFlow® CP-80 is a free-flowing polymer powder made from silica and liquid Trilene® polymer to provide easier handling and reduced scrap. Trilene FreeFlow® CP-80 is compatible with EPDM, BR, NR, SBR, and other elastomer resins.
