jER™ YL980 is a bisphenol A-type liquid epoxy resin that contributes excellent insulation, high adhesion, electrical reliability and insulation, and resistance to heat, chemicals, water, wear, and abrasions. It can be used in a variety of applications, including electrical and electronic applications (such as sealants, casting agents, and adhesives); adhesion to metal, porcelain, and concrete; and potting and encapsulation.
