Overview
TSR9000 silicone resins have key structural properties such as low surface energy, refractive index, and uniform particle size and shape. They can help improve the optical diffusion of light within a plastic resin matrix.
Momentive TSR9000 resin additives have excellent thermal stability and can withstand the heat generated during plastic extrusion. Additionally, this grade assists with the fabrication of thermoplastic parts that use a light source on the backside of the part. The low refractive index of TSR9000 diffuses the point line light and creates a matte finish.
